Thanksgiving 2014

We weren't planning on going anywhere this year for Thanksgiving, neither were our friends Tyler and Caroline; we weren't really sure if we wanted to have Thanksgiving at one of our places or find a place to eat out. Trav's favorite holiday is Thanksgiving because it joins people together and because you're thankful what you have {although the next day you would never know you celebrated Thanksgiving the day before}.

We decided that we wanted to have a traditional Thanksgiving at our home... and with that decision, we also thought we should wear our pj's since it was going to be just us. Thankfully we have awesome friends who arrived at our house who agreed. {Plus, you know you're going to gain weight so the pj's make it a lot easier, ha}.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving for the four of us and had PLENTY of left overs. The pic doesn't even include the four desserts. Hahaha. Needless to say, I couldn't even finish one plate {with my love of food - say what??!!}

The rest of the day was hanging out and watching football of course.  It was incredible; although we could barley move with all the food in our bellies.

It was a Thanksgiving we will never forget. I'm so glad we were able to spend it with another couple.

P.S. Did you guys see this video? Oh my goodness - SO funny!

    1. Thanks! Caroline actually made most of the food, she is more of a cook than I am :) I think she knew about my poor cooking ability. Hahahaha.
