Tater Tot Casserole

This recipe is brought to you by my momma.

*1/2 Cup Chopped Onions
*1 Ib. Ground Beef
*Salt & Pepper (to taste)
*1 Package (16 oz) Frozen Ore-Ida Tater Tots
*Shredded Cheddar Cheese
*1 Can (10 1/2 oz) cream of celery soup

1.) Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2.) Grease Shallow 2 qt. baking dish
3.) Brown beef and onions. Spoon off excess fat.
4.) Season with Salt and Pepper
5.) Spread meat mixture in baking dish and cover with undiltuted soup.
6.) Top with cheese, then top with single layer of frozen tater tots.
7.) Bake for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly in the center.

You can add more ingredients (that I'm sure would be fab), for example:

Sour Cream
Red Pepper

Yum, yums. We were supposed to have left overs for the next night. That did not happen.
