Lemon Pudding Pie

Lemon Pudding Pie

This is a recipe you don't want to miss out on! 

Recipe from: MB :) 

1 pkg of sugar free Jello Gelatin (any flavor)
2 Yogurts - 4 oz each (same flavor as Jello, can be fat free if you would like)
1 container Cool Whip - completely thawed (can use "Lite", but "free" is the   
   weight watcher way)
1 graham cracker crust
1/4 cup boiling water
*if using lemon, add a few drops of lemon juice/lemon zest (grated lemon peel) to the mix*


1.) Empty yougurts into large bowl
2.) Completely dissolve jello in 1/4 cup boiling water. Make sure completely dissolved.
3.) Add jello to yogurt. Stir gently with a whisk.
4.) Fold Cool Whip into yogurt/jello mixture until smooth.
5.) Pour entire mixture into graham cracker crust.
6.) Refrigerate at least 4 hours...serve and enjoy!
